We got to know the tour company in January when my sister and I flew to Bali. Neither of us drives, and there's no public transport on the island, so the most logical thing was to explore it with a guide.
Travel Around Indonesia had sooo many tour options — we wanted to see absolutely everything! In the end, we chose a 2-day route with an overnight stay in Amed.
In those 2 days we managed to see so many iconic places: Tirtagangga and Taman Ujung palaces, Lempuyang Temple, waterfalls, rice terraces, a ride through the jungle...
But the best part was the incredible atmosphere that formed from the very first minutes. The guide made us feel so comfortable! It felt like we were hanging out with a friend, driving around the island together. The company owner has lived in Indonesia for years, traveled all the neighboring islands, and has so much to tell, show, and suggest — she knows everything! From charming villages to great Instagram spots, from the best local restaurants to huge souvenir shops... And most importantly, she shares everything she knows SO generously! And the guides who work with her are amazing. We miss them so much! So as soon as we can come back to Bali — we're going straight on more tours! With deep gratitude,
