Electronic Arrival Card (All Indonesia Arrival Card)

Before entering Indonesia, you must fill out the electronic arrival card online — the All Indonesia Arrival Card. The form must be completed in advance, 48–72 hours before arrival, on the official portal allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
The service combines migration and customs declarations and generates a QR code to be presented at border control.
If you cannot fill out the electronic card (the website is blocked from many countries), contact us and our staff will help you fill it out.

Tourist Tax

Since February 14, 2024, tourists arriving in Bali are required to pay a mandatory environmental fee of 150,000 Indonesian rupiah (approximately 10 USD). The funds go towards environmental protection programs and waste management on the island. You can pay the tax on the official website https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id
