Investor KITAS – C313/C314

A residence permit issued to investors who have a registered PT PMA company in Indonesia.

It allows you to stay in Indonesia for one or two years with the right to extend. With KITAS, you can get insurance, visit attractions paying local rates. You can also buy and register a car or scooter in your name — for this you will need SKTT.

Based on the Investor KITAS, you can apply for a dependent Family KITAS for your family.

With KITAS, you can freely enter and exit Indonesia any number of times, even when borders are closed.

Cost:

Investor KITAS E28A for 2 years: Rp 16.000.000 (~ $972)

Investor KITAS E28A for 1 year: Rp 13.000.000 (~ $790)

Validity: 1 year or 2 years.

Required documents: Photo/scan of passport (must be valid for at least 2 years), actual permanent address of residence in Indonesia, all company documents, bank statement from the company account showing transactions for two months with a minimum balance of 2,000 USD (~33,000,000 IDR)

Requirements: The company's paid-up capital must be at least 10 billion Indonesian rupiah.

Processing time: 14 days (approximately).

Full processing cycle: Takes 1.5-2.5 months.

KITAS extension: Extension must be applied for 1.5 months before KITAS expiration. You must be in Indonesia during the extension process.

Investor KITAS extension cost:

E28A (1 year) – Rp 14.000.000 (~ $851)

E28A (2 years) – Rp 16.000.000 (~ $972)

Important information!

If you do not wish to extend your KITAS, you must go through the EPO (Exit Permit Only) procedure — KITAS closure. This procedure is required when a foreigner transfers to a new company, changes their KITAS sponsor, wants to change the type of KITAS, leaves their job, or leaves a company.

If you change your address of residence in Indonesia, you must update it in your KITAS. Simply contact us and we will explain the address change procedure.
