Tour Itinerary

Bedugul Tour #1 (1 Day)

We depart in the morning around 8:00 in great spirits. We will visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, built in 1633 and dedicated to the goddess of lakes, Dewi Danu. The temple is one of the most important and sacred on the island. Here you can feel a deep connection with nature and the spirituality that permeates all of Bali. We will stroll through the temple grounds with picturesque views of the lake and the mountain.

This place is ideal for meditation and attuning yourself to harmony with your inner self and the surrounding world. Do not miss the chance to experience the grandeur and serenity of this unique Balinese temple.

Along the way, we will stop at the beautiful Leke-Leke Waterfall. At the waterfall, you can take stunning photos and walk across a suspended wooden bridge that looks wonderfully authentic. You can swim in the waterfall and recharge with natural energy.

After visiting the waterfall, we will head to Tanah Lot Temple, perched on a small freestanding rock formation that makes it particularly striking compared to other temples. Your guide will share the fascinating legend of the ocean goddess and the demons dwelling in the sea upon arrival. During low tide, a path to the temple appears, where you can receive a blessing from a priest who will sprinkle you with holy water from the spring. The holy spring inside the temple produces fresh water, which is remarkable given the surrounding ocean. This adds even more mystique to the temple's legend.

We will stop at the coffee plantations, where the world's most expensive coffee -- Luwak -- is produced. This is a special type of coffee made from beans digested by the Luwak, also known as the Asian palm civet, a very friendly animal. It selects and consumes only the ripest and tastiest coffee cherries. We will learn about the coffee production process, sample various types of coffee and tea, including the famous Luwak coffee, which is known for its distinctive flavor and aroma and is one of the rarest and most expensive coffee varieties in the world.

On this tour, we will also visit the Mengwi Temple -- a royal temple in Bali whose name translates to "beautiful garden." The temple grounds were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2012. The temple is surrounded by a beautiful lotus pond, and the grounds will impress even the most seasoned travelers.

The Bedugul tour is an excellent choice for those who want to fully experience the unique atmosphere of Bali and immerse themselves in the enchanting world of ancient temples.
